Aiming to foster the next generation of structural engineers, BASE introduced a Mentorship Program, pairing seasoned professionals with young engineers. Launched on September 15, 2024, the program has matched over 200 mentees with mentors in specialized fields, such as seismic design and sustainable construction. Early feedback shows that 92% of participants feel the program has improved their skills and career prospects. BASE plans to expand the program in 2025 to reach 500 young engineers.
