BASE Publishes Report on Structural Failures and Preventive Measures

In a recently published report, BASE analyzed data from over 100 structural failures in the past decade to identify common issues and propose preventive measures. The findings revealed that 60% of failures stem from insufficient material quality and lack of adherence to safety codes. The report recommends 15 preventive actions, including enhanced material testing and regular inspections. BASE plans to share these insights with government bodies to aid in policy improvements.
